Walking tractor with frontal implement (Fig.5).
-Push the lever (A) foMards to allow the salety device (9) to freely move.
-Turn the lever downwards (9) in the mowing position (see Sticker) to allow the reverse gear to
engage.
2 ) Normal position of the walking tractorr (Fig.5).
-Proceed in the following way to return the walking tractor to its normal position and use the rotary
hoe (Fig. 5):
-Push the lever (A) forwards to allow the safety device (9) to freely move.
-Set the lever (A) of the safety device (9) back to the horizontal position for normal use of the
walking tractor with rotary hoe (see Sticker).
Checking the walking tractor
Before starting your new walking tractor, or when starting it after it has not been used for some
time, always proceed with the following inspections:
1) Check the level of the oil in the engine sump (consult the enclosed engine Operation and
Maintenance manual).
2) Check the level of the oil in the gearbox housing.
3) Check the tyre pressure.
WARNING
Do not inllate the tyres with inflammable gases.
4) Make sure that there is petrol (gasoline) in the tank.
WARNING
- Always reluel well away from naked flames.
- Do not smoko.
5) Check the tightness ol the bolts used lor securing the main components.
