WARNING
Disengage the PTO and turn off the engine
before connecting, detaching, cleaning or
adjusting implements connected to the PTO
8) Reversing safety lever (Fig.5)
The walking tractor has a safety device (9)
(Fig. 5) that prevents the reverse gear from
being engaged when the PTO is engaged and
vice versa.
To engage the reverse gear, first disengage
the PTO lever (2) (Fig. 1) and then operate the
gearshift lever (1) (Fig.1).
The salety device (9) (Fig. 5) has two positions
and must be set in the correct running direc-
tion
depending on the implement mounted (see
Sticker on the PTO casing):
