You check connection and repeat the checking steps.
How to fix:
- Disconnect DLC cable between DLC diagnostic connector on
motorcycle and MOTOBOX
- Reset the supply power for MOTOBOX
(unplug power cable for 30
seconds then reconnect)
- Turn OFF and turn ON ignition key then reconnect DLC cable
NOTES:
You turn off and turn on ignition key to have finished upgrading ECM
(this
is obligatory)

4. UPDATE & UPGRADE MOTOSCAN
4.1 PREPARATION
1. Internet connection computer
2. Connect MOTOSCAN with computer via update cable as below
(Update
cable code: MT001 – UPDATE).
