You can change Telnet password from IP870
setting item. Please refer to

You can see setting items as below displayed on the Telnet window. For
most setting items, you can configure directly from your IP870. You only
need to Telnet your IP870 to enable its NAT function when your IP870 is in
NAT environment. i.e. you assign a private IP address to IP870.
