2 Unit description
The PCU 90 is a professional light
polymerization unit for curing high
quality parts made from FotoTec®,
FotoDent® and FotoMed® materials
with stereo- lithography and Scan LED.
The PCU 90 makes the post curing
of a complete M120 build job possi-
ble with the use of a protective gas.
The metal halogen lights and the fine
tuning of the wavelengths make the
PCU 90 extremely suitable for curing
of light curing resins. The control of the
PCU 90 and the intuitive menu man-
agement makes operation of the unit
straightforward. Only two parameters
are set: the curing time, on a large
operating button and the gas flow
rate on the small setting button with
locknut. The air current was adapted to
requirements with baffles in order to
optimise the cooling efficiency. A tem-
perature sensor protects the unit and it
will switch off the post curing process
following overheating in an emergency.
