Vertical profiles 150.

Push Clamping plates WU30 on to the Vertical pro-

files 150.

➤

Carefully lower the grille-beam pair on to the Vertical

profiles 150.

➤

Bolt the grille-beam pair to the Vertical profiles 150

with threaded rods.

Threaded-fastener material required for each Vertical

profile 150

▪

4 threaded rods M20

(length 750 mm, strength grade 8.8)

▪

8 washers 20 (EN ISO 7089)

▪

8 hexagon nuts M20, strength grade 8

(EN ISO 4032 / DIN 934)

➤

Repeat the procedure to position the other grille-

beam pairs on the vertical scaffolds.

➤

Set the grille-beam pairs for the transverse members

on the Joint plates WU30.

➤

Bolt the grille-beam pair to the Vertical profiles 150

with threaded rods.

➤

Pre-tension the Clamping connections WU30 (see

the section headed 'Clamping connections for

assembling the girder grille').

Ensure that the Clamping plate WU30 is in the

correct position.

Do not detach the crane until the grille-beam

pair is firmly bolted to the Vertical profiles
