System overview – Lifting unit with Supports SCP

Note:

Loads can also be transferred via Supports SCP that

are anchored in the concrete.

Supports SCP are used when it is not possible to mount

latch-boxes in the concrete.
Whether the base beams have latches or supports has

no effect on the set-up of the girder grille, the facade

platform and the railing profile.

Lifting unit with Supports SCP

The lifting units raise the entire Platform SCP from one

casting section to the next.

- The upper distance profile U300 …..mm is used

to adapt the upper base beam to the respective

shaft width.

- Is used for transferring all vertical and horizontal

loads in the stationary situation, and for transfer-

ring the horizontal loads in the lifting situation.

- Is used for introducing the horizontal loads into

the structure in the stationary and lifting situa-

tions.

Lower base beam

Support SCP

- Is anchored to the structure, for transferring

loads.

Support SCP lower distance profile

- The lower distance profile is used to adapt the

lower base beam to the respective shaft width.

- Is used for transferring the vertical loads in the

lifting situation.

- The plunger rod of the hydraulic cylinder is

pinned into the lower distance profile.

- It also has a guiding function for the Vertical pro-

file FRQ 120.

Lower latch

- Is used for introducing the vertical loads into the

structure in the lifting situation.

- The heavy-duty latch pivots unaided into the

horizontal position.

Suspended platform

- Is pinned into the Vertical profile 150.
- Is used for fixing the suspended platforms, as an

overrun safety guard and as a guidepiece for the

lower base beam when pulling up the cylinder.
