Platform SCP

System overview

Lifting unit

The lifting units raise the entire Platform SCP from one 

casting section to the next.

A lifting unit consists of three brackets.

 

▪

Two Brackets SCP (top)

- For transferring all vertical and horizontal loads 

in the stationary situation, and for transferring the 

horizontal loads in the lifting situation.

- For securing the vertical profiles and for connect-

ing the main working platform.

 

▪

One Bracket SCP (bottom)

- Is used for transferring the vertical loads in the 

lifting situation.

 

▪

Bracing

- Is fabricated on a project-specific basis.
- For bracing the Vertical profiles 150 and the 

brackets.

 

▪

Vertical strut

- For transferring horizontal loads. Check on pro-

ject-specific basis whether a vertical strut is nec-

essary.

 

▪

Bracket SCP suspension shoe

- Is anchored to the structure and is used for load 

transfer.

 

▪

Bracket SCP cylinder connector B

- Is secured to the Bracket SCP.
- The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is pinned 

into the Bracket SCP cylinder connector B.

Vertical scaffold

 

▪

Vertical profile 150/.../S355

- Is fixed in the upper brackets and connects the 

upper brackets to the girder grille.

 

▪

Bracing

- Is fabricated on a project-specific basis.
- For transferring horizontal loads.

Suspended platforms

For detaching and fixing the suspension shoes during 

the lifting operation.
Consisting of:

Suspension profile FRQ

- Is fabricated on a project-specific basis.
- Is used for linking the different platform levels.

 

▪

Multi-purpose waling WS10 Top50

- Is used for constructing the platform.

Hydraulic system

Upper cylinder connector SCP

- Links the hydraulic cylinder to the girder grille.

 

▪

Hydraulic cylinder SCP

- The double-acting hydraulic cylinder is used to 

raise the Platform SCP to the next casting sec-

tion. It is pinned into the lower bracket and the 

Upper cylinder connector SCP. 

 

▪

Cylinder tube guide SCP

- This is a bend-protector for the Hydraulic cylin-

der SCP and is attached to the bracing of the ver-

tical scaffold.
