When reset, <cid>=1 returns to “mopera.ne.jp” (default setting), <cid>=2 or 3 returns to “mopera.net”
(default setting), <cid>=4 returns to “mpr.ex-pkt.net” (default setting) and settings for <cid>=5 to 10 are
unregistered.
