Appendix/Troubleshooting

Setting Check Procedure

For details, see “Logging-in to L-04D
Connection Manager” ( → P51).

In the top menu, click [SYSTEM].

In the submenu, click [Version].

Set the check type in [Automatically
check new S/W].

• ON: Check the update automatically. When

update data exists, a message indicating
the update appears on the PC screen.

• OFF: Check the update manually. Click

[Check now] to check the update. When
update data exists, a message indicating
the update appears on the PC screen.

Click [Apply].

Updating Software

When a massage indicating the update
appears on PC screen, perform the following
operations to update software.

Note

• To update software, use a Windows PC.

Software update cannot be made with Mac.

• This terminal uses LGMobile Support Tool to

update software.

• Before updating software, connect this

terminal and a PC with microUSB Connection
Cable.

When the notification message of the
update appears on the PC screen,
click [OK].

When LGMobile Support Tool has been
installed, click [ キャンセル (Cancel)], start
LGMobile Support Tool, and then make
operation of procedure 3 and after.

Download LGMobile Support Tool
from the website, install it and start
up.
