■ Subscription
• Normally, customers apply for “WORLD WING”
when they subscribe. For details, contact My
docomo, docomo Shop or docomo Information
Center.
• A miniUIM made available for “WORLD WING”
must be inserted in this terminal.
■ Charging
• Using overseas may consume the battery
faster than in Japan.
• Precautions for AC adapter (→P12)
• Charging with AC adapter ( → P32)
■ Network setup
• You can change network setup overseas.
( → P75)
■ Usage charge
• The charge for usage (bill for packet
communication) abroad is different from the
charge in Japan.
■ Internet access
• For overseas access points or settings for
using the Internet overseas, contact your ISP.
• If you subscribe to mopera U, visit the mopera
U website.

While Overseas
After arrival, you need to set an available
communication operator.
■ Connection
• You cannot change the setting for searching
network of this terminal while you are in
Japan since the setting is “Auto” in Japan.
After arriving in overseas, set an available
communication operator manually.
For use overseas, it is highly recommended
selecting a communication operator which
corresponds to “Overseas Packet Flat-rate”
after setting “Manual”.
• When setting “Searching network” is made
manually to connect to the target operator
of flat-rate data plan, you can use flat-rate
packet communication overseas (per day).
Note that the subscription to packet flat-
rate service, flat-rate data plan or Xi data
communication exclusive plan is required.
