5. INSTALLATION

Unless otherwise specifi ed, all measurements are expressed
in millimetres (mm).

-  Assemble the selected pinion (DodP15) onto transmission

shaft [7].

-  Based on the type of installation (see “INSTALLATION

EXAMPLES” pag. 3) install the gearmotor and the  relative
assembly accessories (shows in table on pag. 3).

(Fig.4) Tighten the chain by means of the bracket [9].

(Fig. 4) Assemble the cord-fi tted release device [6] (provided)
or the Deb04 key-release device (see Deb04 instructions) to
release/lock the geared motor.

Limit switch adjustment. (fi g. 3).

With the door fully open,

adjust the related opening limit switch by turning the screw
so that the cam activates the opening microswitch.

With the door fully closed, adjust the related closure limit
switch by turning the screw so that the cam activates the
closing microswitch.

Note: Adjust the limit switches about 20 mm before the door
reaches the door stop.

6. ELECTRICAL

CONNECTION

Execute the electrical connections as indicated in fi g. 5.
[A] and [C] refer to the rotary limit switch adjustment
The electrical connections and starting are illustrated in the E1F
electronic panel installation manual.

7.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (each 6 months)

Power off and geared motor released (see OPERATING IN-
STRUCTIONS):
-  Check for the stability of the automatism and check that all

the screws are tightened all the way.

-  Clean the wheel sliding tracks, lightly lubricate the pinion, the

rack or the chain. Manually move gate to check that it slides
freely and smoothly.

Power on and geared motor lock (see OPERATING INSTRUC-
TIONS):
-  Check the functioning of the limit switches (the door must

come to a halt about 20 mm before the stops).

-  Check  the power adjustments.
-  Check the operation of all controls and safety functions.

Attention: For spare parts, see the spares price list.
