DIAGNOSTIC & TROUBLESHOOTING

Shifter sensor error
(Alarm)

One of both proximity shifter
sensor is damaged

With the control box ON, but PTO turned off, check that the sensors are properly
working but placing a steel piece at their sensing tip and verifying that the indicator
light on the sensor turns on.

Lost of adjustment of the shifter
sensors

Make sure that both sensors are turned on in Forward position, and one when
shifting to neutral from both reverse and forward position.

Maintain recommended PTO speed with throttle or reduce forward speed

The accelerator or drum contour is
gummed

Clean the crop channel by harvesting wet crop over a short distance or washing.
Use a liquid incorporation system to lubricate the channel.

Accelerator blades are not adjusted
correctly

Adjust the accelerator clearance – See service manual

Belts slip

Check belts for wear and tear, grease contamination and tightener alignment.
Check belt tension.

Wear plate on spout is worn
or punctured

Replace the wear plate.

Worn accelerator blades

Replace all four blades if the tip is rounded off
