Fixing lower heater

2 Is there continuity between
fixing unit connectors J21-3
and J21-4 when the fixing unit
is removed? NO Check the continuity of
the fixing lower heater
and the thermoswitch,
and replace defective
parts.
Power supply unit 3 Does it improve when you
replace the power supply unit? YES Replace the power
