TROUBLESHOOTING
If the system does not function properly, please check the following points.
PROBLEM REMEDY
HDD not found
Re-insert HDD as per the
INSTALLING THE HDD
section.
Make sure that the HDD cartridge is
locked.
Keypad doesn’t work
Remove the Key Lock
DVR
Recording stopped
The HDD is Full, and Overwrite is
not enabled
