Chapter 6 Command Definitions

Prerequisites

•

When changing the personality or activating/deactivating signaling protocols, all boards and groups 

within the system must be blocked. 

•

A password, if provided, must be confirmed using the 

CONFIRM

 parameter to ensure that the password 

has not been mistyped. 

•

The user cannot enter a 

PER

 parameter value that already exists in the system. 

•

The user cannot specify an IP address, subnet or gateway value that already exists in the system.
