4. Connect the heat sink and fan’s cable to the fan connector on CH960.

Fan connector

3. Install a heat sink onto the CH960 with the carrier board. First align the mounting holes of

the heat sink with the mounting holes of the module.

Note:

Install the heat sink according to the sequence of the screws shown in the image

above to avoid damages to the CPU. Turn each screw half way down first to initially

stabilize the heat sink onto the board, then finally tighten each screw. This is to avoid

imbalance which might cause cracks or fractures to the CPU and/or heatsink assembly.
