4.0 Operation • LED Operation
Shutdown Procedures
:

Set the thermostat to the lowest setting.

Turn OFF all electrical power to the appliance if service is to be performed.

Turn manual shutoff knob clockwise to “OFF”. See Figure 3.17.
Do not
force.
If the heater’s internal diagnostic LED displays any of the signals listed in Chart 4.1, addresses the
indicated problem as outlined.
LED Operation
LED off during idle mode (no call for heat)
Single continuous flash while thermostat calls for heat (.5 second on/off during pre, inter and post purge)
Rapid flash while sparking
LED on solid while sensing flame/heating mode
Hard lockout recoverable by cycling thermostat/recoverable will restart on its own as long as problem is
addressed and T-stat or power is cycled.
5 minute retry mode (1 flash every 5 seconds)
