9ƒCall wait. prot.Key
: You can activate call-waiting protection separately
for each trunk key on your telephone. Select the key for which you want to set call
protection and activate the function with
On
.
Note: This type of call-waiting protection is only activated
on the telephone on which it was set. If your internal call
number is also stored on the trunk or team keys of other tele-
phones, call-waiting protection is not automatically activa-
ted on these telephones.
5.2.7 MenuCard “Connections”
Note: The following features are only offered to you if this is
permitted by the current call state of your telephone. You
can also find these features in the call-dependent Menu-
Cards. If you want to program these features to a function
key, please use the Main menu.

1ƒPick-up
: This accepts a call for another telephone in your pick-up group.
If the called subscriber is a member of a user group for which pickup pro-
tection is active, then you cannot pick up calls to this subscriber’s number.
■ 2ƒPickup select…
: You can answer a call for any other telephone. To do
this, enter the telephone number of the other telephone. If the other terminal
is already in the call state (e.g. an answering machine is in announcement
mode), you pick up the call. The subscriber for whom you pick up the call must
belong to a user group for which the “Call seizure” authorisation is activated,
otherwise “Pickup selective” is not possible.
If the called subscriber is a member of a user group for which pickup pro-
tection is active, then you cannot pick up calls to this subscriber’s number.

3ƒUnpark call
: “Unparks” a previously parked caller (please also refer to
MenuCard “Conversation” starting on page 48).
