Accessories for the operating light
The following accessories are available for the LEDview Plus operating
light from specialized dealers:
● Patient mirror (consisting of accessory interface and detachable
patient mirror)
● Camera holder (consisting of accessory interface and detachable
camera holder)
4.5.1
General information on the accessory interface
You can use the patient mirror and the camera holder with the same
accessory interface.
The accessory interface consists of a new light front panel with mounting
adapter. This replaces the existing light front panel and must be
permanently installed on the operating light by a service engineer. The
operating light's joint brake must also be reset with this in order to
compensate for the increased weight of the operating light.
You can insert the patient mirror or camera holder at the mounting
adapter of the accessory interface. You can remove the patient mirror or
camera holder again when not in use. The accessory interface remains
permanently attached to the operating light.
CAUTION
Risk of crushing at the ceiling light or ceiling combination
The hand may be crushed between the vertical mounting pipe and the
support arm of the LEDview Plus.
➢ Do not grab the vertical mounting pipe using your hand.
IMPORTANT
If the accessory interface is being used in combination with the camera
holder the operating light's joint brake must be adjusted to the individual
weight of the camera used.
Dentsply Sirona recommends providing a suitable camera at an early
stage so that the joint brake can be adjusted by the service engineer
when the accessory interface is being mounted.
