Troubleshooting certain symptoms:
The radio does not see the connected Gateway device
a.
the radio was not coded/programmed for CDC
b.
the wake up wire is not connected or it is connected to the wrong pin
c.
The CD-Changer was not looped properly so the optical ring is halted
d.
There is a problem with the optical cable => try another one
Gateway worked fine a while, but suddenly the radio does not see it anymore
a.
Update or downgrade the firmware (it reboots the device automatically)
b.
Disconnect or reconnect from power and test
Does not see or does not charge the connected iPod
a.
Reboot the iPhone or iPod touch
b.
Test the iPod connection with a different iPod

Warranty
Dension devices carry a one-year limited warranty that protects you from defects in material
and workmanship of products sold by Dension or its authorized distributors and retailers.
Dension does not warrant any installation work or assume liability for any damage caused due
to negligence, improper installation or operation. For warranty claims, proof of purchase is
required.
