$01: Report Position 
$85: Same as $01 
$89: Reset Multi-Turn 

 

$9D: Report Encoder ID

If the command code is set to $89, the multi-turn position value in the encoder is reset to 0 (after 8 cycles). 
If the command code is set to $9D, the encoder ID value is reported in bits 8 – 15 of SerialEncDataB. If the 
command code is set to $85, absolute position is reported, similarly to $01.
