3 Click on the OK button.
Edit the fax number from the local Fax Address Book

Select the fax number from the local Fax Address Book to see pop-up menu and
select
Edit option from the pop-up menu. The selected name and fax number will
appear in the Name and Fax Number text box.
2 Edit the fields and click on the update button to save the changes. Click on the
Cancel
button to discard the changes.
Removing the fax number from the local Fax Address Book
1 Select the fax number from the local Fax Address Book.
2 Select the Remove option from the pop-up menu to remove the selected fax
number.
3 Select the Close option to close the pop-up menu.
NOTE:
• Only Admin user will get the Remove option to remove the entries from the local Fax Address
Book. Normal user will not be able to remove the entries from the local Fax Address Book.
