Operating the sorter
6. One of two conditions may exist:
a. The operator may wish to start with a
Sorter that has been completely cleared
of all information;
or,
b. The operator may wish to resume opera-
tion from the previous day, with the Sort-
er having partially filled coin bags.
Note:
In this example, we will discuss condi-
tion “a”.
7. Enter GRAND ID #.
a. Press ID Icon Key on HOME SCREEN.
Cycle ARROW Icon Key to highlight
Grand ID.
b. Enter the ID Number using the Numeric
Keypad.
c. Press the ENTER Key.
8. Enter first route number.
a. Press ID Icon Key on HOME SCREEN.
Cycle ARROW Icon Key to highlight Sub
ID.
b. Enter the route number using the Numer-
ic Keypad.
c. Press the ENTER Key.
Example:
In this case, route #1 is #111.
9. Enter the first Machine # / Product I.D.
a. Press ID Icon Key on HOME SCREEN
Cycle ARROW Icon Key to highlight
Batch ID.
b. Enter the Machine # / Product ID using
the Numeric Keypad.
