H. Cycle the left DOWN ARROW Icon Key

) to highlight your choice for ID entry
requirement. These choices are ex-
plained below:
1. No ID is required and all print functions oper-
ate normally. ID’s can still be used and
tracked through the Sub and Grand Audit
Trail by using the format described in num-
ber 2, below.
2. Requires the operator to enter a Batch ID
consisting of a dash and 1 to 4 digits. If
these are not entered, no Batch accept will
be allowed and an ID REQUIRED error will
be displayed.
3. Requires the operator to enter 0 to 11 digits,
a dash and 1 to 4 digits following the dash.
Again, if these are not entered no Batch ac-
cept will be allowed and an ID REQUIRED
error will be displayed.
4. Only requires the operator to enter a mini-
mum of 1 to a maximum of 4 digits (no
dash). If the 1 to 4 digits are not entered, no
Batch accept is allowed and an ID RE-
QUIRED error will be displayed.
5. Requires a specific ID number which is en-
tered in the doubly highlighted area. The ID
number can have Formats 2 to 4 above and
the number is entered using the numeric
keypad. For additional specific ID numbers,
cycle the right DOWN ARROW and enter
the required number.
If an operator enters an ID number that does
not match the specific ID’s entered above,
no Batch accept will be allowed and an ID
REQUIRED error will be displayed at Batch
accept.
