Operating the sorter

1. From the HOME SCREEN, press the DI-

RECT ACCESS ID Icon Key.

2. The Display will show the Batch, Sub and

Grand ID entry screen.

3. Cycle the DOWN ARROW Icon Key (

) to

highlight the Sub ID.

4. Enter the Sub ID (up to 15 digits) using the

Numeric Keypad.

5. Press ENTER Key to enter ID Number.

6. To view the 200 possible Sub ID totals,

press the SUB TOTALS Icon Key.
