The following instructions are intended excluvively for au-
thorised skilled maintenance engineers. In event of abnormal
behaviour and in orer to fix faults, please refer to the following
trobleshooting instructions.
WARNING: For more serious problems, we strongly
oraccomend that you contact the DEBEM SERVICE
DEPARTMENT; our engineers will provide you as-
sistance as quickly as possible.

run and/or it doesn’t start.

1.1a Controlar el circuito, los grifos y las conexiones.
1.2a Regular la presión en el reductor correspondiente.
1.3a Controlar que tubos y accesorios tengan el espacio de
paso adecuado.
1.4a Revisar y sustituir.
1.5a Sustituir la válvula neumática; controlar si hay hielo en la
descarga de aire. Si así fuera, solucionarlo. Ve apartado de
alimentación de aire.
1.6a Controlar si sale aire por el tubo de impulsión de produc-
to; si así fuera, sustituir la membrana.

1.5a Replace air valve; check whether the air discharge is ob-
structed by ice. If so, clear it. See air supply paragraph.

2 El rendimiento del amor-
tiguador no es excelente.
2.1 La válvula neumática
pierde aire.
2.2 El tubo de producto está
atascado y obturado.
2.3 El producto bombeado
es demasiado viscoso.
2.4 Aire sucio, lleno de con-
densación o de aceite.
2.5 Volumen o presión de
aire insuficiente.
2.1a Sustituir la válvula neumática.
2.2a Desmontar y limpiar el tubo del producto.
2.3a Proceder en consecuencia.
2.4a Comprobar la línea de alimentación del aire.
2.5a Controlar la presión con un manómetro instalado en la
bomba y con la bomba en funcionamiento: ver pág. 20. Si
la presión en ese punto es demasiado baja con respecto a
la presión de red, controlar todas las conexiones del aire,
especialmente las de enchufe rápido. Controlar que todos
los dispositivos de control de aire tengan caudal suficiente.
ATENCIÓN: En su 90%, los casos de ahogo dependen de
los enchufes rápidos.

2.1a Replace the air valve
2.2a Disassemble the product pipe and clean it.
2.3a Take appropriate action.
2.4a Check the air feed line.
2.5a Check pressure using a pressure guage installed on
thepump when the pump is running: see on page 20. Ifthe
pressure value at that point is too low in relation to thenetwork
pressure, check all the air fittings, especially thesnap-on ones.
Ensure that all the air control equipmenthas sufficient flow.
WARNING: 90% of the stalls occurwith snap-on fittings.
