1.
Mount both chain sprockets of the coupling on the KL300 shaft and the drive tube.
2.
Turn the chain sprockets of the coupling until the teeth are aligned.
3.
Wrap the duplex chain around the teeth of the sprockets, the ends of the chain should be on top of the
coupling.
4.
Mount the connecting link as shown in the diagram below.
Warning
• Preferably fit the motor gearbox in the middle of the driven system.
• The maximum angle a chain coupling is allowed to make must remain below the specified value.
