RGB 8 bit CL Base, max line rate 10 kHz without AOI and 85 MHz CL Clock

This timing can be used for applications that require line rates only up to 10 kHz and therefore can use
Camera Link Base mode with only one cable.

The RGB output format is compatible with the Camera Link specification for Base RGB. Values for red
even numbered pixels are interpolated from the neighbouring red odd numbered pixels. Values for blue
odd numbered pixels are interpolated from the neighbouring blue even numbered pixels. Line rates up to
70 kHz can be achieved by using the Area of Interest (AOI) feature; where the smaller the AOI, the
greater the potential line rate.
