DIS-1/S
40
Dallmeier electronic
Within a continuous recording, individual events captured in the event recording (see chapter
10.2.9) are evaluated as a single event and only one marker is set.
10.2.7
DaVid start/stop
This mode is used if the recording is to be
controlled by an external program or device. The
DIS then receives the commands to start or stop
the recording using the so-called DaVid protocol.
No other settings are required for this recording
mode.
10.2.8
Use scheduler
In this mode the recording is controlled by the
scheduler. Various modes can be set for certain
times of day or week for this purpose (see chapter
10.3).
The settings for the various modes are made here
in the Recording settings dialogue in the
corresponding dialogues (tabs).
10.2.9
Event recording
Event recording can be used to simplify the evaluation of a track.
¾
Select the Event recording tab.
Certain events can be defined in this dialogue so
that a marker is set and recorded in the track if
these events occur. Using suitable search
functions, it is possible to go straight to these
markers in the track during the evaluation process.
This allows the images that were recorded at the
time of the event to be checked very quickly.
NOTE
If events are defined here, the recording/marker setting will
take place in every recording mode. Therefore, event recording
is not included in the Mode selection list.
