The VFC-3000 controller will
not communicate with the
laptop computer, or the
VFC-3000 controller will not
communicate with the central
controller through the modem.
Connectors inside the VFC-
3000 controller are not

reconnect the wires.
The cable connecting the
modem and either the
computer or VFC-3000

Check that the proper cable

improperly configured.
Verify the VFC-3000 controller
has the correct light sensors
configured.
If using the fiber-optic option,
the receive (RX) fiber is
disconnected or damaged.
Verify the display data cables
are connected and show no
signs of damage.
The distribution board’s
sensor network connection is
disconnected, and all sensors
are failing.
