4 Modes and Main Menu
Remote Mode
illustrates the Remote Mode menu. Each line in this menu provides display
information.
•
Line 1 lists the display configuration.
• Line 3 instructs you to switch to local mode to log in.
• Line 5 shows the current time and date on the controller.
•
Line 6 pages through firmware version, display legibility, current message, message
source, and display brightness.

• Line 7 shows the current mode (remote).
While in remote mode, press the
up
and
down
arrow keys to adjust LCD contrast.
Local Mode
Logging In
Users must log into the VFC-3000 controller to view or change settings.

toggle switch; the Local Mode menu opens. Refer to

Note:
The controller defaults to have no password; skip to the next step if you do
not have a password.
