Turn ON the power of the unit.
4
Measure the voltage between the pins 3‑4 (pressure sensor
power supply) of the refrigerant pressure sensor connector.
If measured voltage…
Then
Is +5 V DC
Skip the next step in the
procedure
Is not +5 V DC
Continue with the next step in the
procedure
5
Unplug the connector and measure the voltage on the hydro
PCB.
If measured voltage…
Then
Is +5 V DC
Replace the refrigerant pressure
sensor, see
Is not +5 V DC
Replace the hydro PCB, see
"2.14.2 Repair procedures" on
page 60
6
Measure the output voltage between the pins 1‑3 of the
refrigerant pressure sensor connector (when connected to the
PCB).
If measured voltage is…
Then
Outside the expected range
Replace the refrigerant pressure
sensor, see
Inside the expected range
Refrigerant pressure sensor is
OK. Return to the
troubleshooting of the specific
error and continue with the next
procedure.

Repair procedures
To remove the refrigerant pressure sensor
Prerequisite:
Turn OFF the unit via the user interface.
Prerequisite:
Turn OFF the respective circuit breaker.
Prerequisite:
Remove the required plate work, see
Prerequisite:
Perform a Pump down procedure. See the installer
reference guide for the correct procedure.
Prerequisite:
If needed, remove any parts to create more space for
the removal of the refrigerant pressure sensor.
1
Cut all tie straps that fix the refrigerant pressure sensor
harness.
2
Cut the refrigerant pressure sensor pipe using a pipe cutter.
