INTERPRETATIONS
Automatic control of the siren 17 and of the remote alarm B by means of the water level control float.
Manual control for silencing the siren 17 and the remote alarm B by means of the button 16 on the front of
the panel.
Automatic control for switching on the independent feed device of the control unit in the event of lack of
supply voltage.
Automatic control for excluding the acoustic alarm 17 and the remote alarm B which holds the warning
light 18 in the event of low battery charge.
Automatic control for excluding the control unit in the event of the battery charge being below the limit.
Automatic control for switching on the battery charging circuit when the supply voltage returns.
Fuse device for protecting the control unit against current overloads or short circuits. Intervention of the
protection device interrupts operation of the control unit.
ATTENTION: the control unit remains live even after the intervention of the
protection devices that interrupt its operation. Always remove the plug from the
socket to cut off the power supply to the control unit before changing the burnt-out
fuse.

SWITCHING ON AND MAINTENANCE
Scrupulously observe all the regulations in force concerning safety and accident prevention.
Ensure that all the terminals are fully tightened,
paying particular attention to the earth terminal
.
Connect the cables to the terminal board as indicated in the wiring diagrams given below.
Check that the connecting cables are in excellent condition, with the external sheathing unbroken.
Measure the resistance of the earthing system and check that the differential switch that protects the system
is of the right size. Check that everything works correctly.
Connect the voltage-changing lead marked with the same voltage value at which the plant is to be fed.
Connect ay remote alarm to the terminals B as in the diagram shown in the figure.
The apparatus must be correctly and safely earthed.
Insert the Schuko plug in the corresponding 2P+E 10 Amp wall socket.
