TRUSCULPT OPERATOR MANUAL

Starting a Session

1.

Set the Target Temperature and Pulse Duration.

2.

Place the RF handpiece on the treatment area, and lightly hold it in place without pressing
down. Apply only sufficient pressure to ensure uniform contact over the treatment area.

3.

Touch the

(Ready) button to place the system in READY mode.

Refer to the truSculpt Treatment Guidelines accompanying this
manual for detailed information on recommended treatment
parameters, treatment technique, and post-treatment care.

WARNING

To prevent the neutral electrode cable and return pad from being
pulled off of the patient, position the cable so that there is no
tension on the cable.

CAUTION

Ensure that the electrode is placed so that it contacts only tissue
intended to be treated.

CAUTION

Do not treat areas where complete contact of the full electrode
surface cannot be ensured.

CAUTION

If using the 40 cm² or 16 cm² concave handpiece, place the
handpiece so that the electrode is oriented to the natural contour of
the body, as shown below.
