TRUSCULPT OPERATOR MANUAL

READY and STANDBY Modes

Except during actual treatment, place the system in STANDBY mode by touching the yellow 

 

(Standby) button on the RF Handpiece Control screen. When the system is in STANDBY mode, the 
Standby button illuminates yellow; the Target Temperature and Pulse Duration fields are highlighted in 
yellow; and the RF handpiece on/off button is disabled. If the console is not used for 3 minutes, the 
system automatically enters STANDBY mode.

To place the system in READY mode, touch the green 

 (Ready) button. When the system is in 

READY mode, the Ready button illuminates green; the Target Temperature and Pulse Duration fields are 
highlighted in green; and the RF handpiece on/off button is enabled. When the on/off button is pressed, 
RF energy delivery is initiated.

WARNING

Except during actual treatment, the system must always be in 
STANDBY mode. Maintaining the system in STANDBY mode 
prevents accidental RF energy exposure.
