NOTE: Cable requirements for the IEEE-488 bus are determined by the actual system design. Refer to the hardware
installation instructions provided with the Bus Controller. The bus cables may be configured in either a star or daisy-chain.
Any combination of the two configurations may be used provided the total cable length does not exceed 20 meters (65.5
feet) or 2 meters (6.5 feet) for each bus device connected, whichever is less. The IEEE-488 bus connector on the rear panel
is the type specified in the IEEE-488-1978 standard and uses metric studs. Make sure the locking devices are engaged on
all connectors in the system.
