WEB OPERATION & CONFIGURATION
IPMC Profile Table Setting
Profile Name:
Enter a name for this profile.
Profile Description:
Enter a brief description for this profile.
Click the "Add New IPMC Profile" to insert a new entry to the table.
Select the "Delete" checkbox to delete an entry.
Click the "e" button to edit this profile's detailed settings.
Profile Name & Index:
Display the profile name and index.
Entry Name:
The name used in specifying the address range. Only the existing profile address entries are selectable in
the drop-down menu.
Address Range:
Specify the multicast IP range. The available IP range is from 224.0.0.0~239.255.255.255
Action:
Select the action taken upon receiving the Join/Report frame that has the group address matches the address
range of the rule.
Permit:
Group address matches the range specified in the rule will be learned.
Deny:
Group address matches the range specified in the rule will be dropped.
Log:
Select the logging preference receiving the Join/Report frame that has the group address matches the address
range of the rule.
Enable:
Corresponding information of the group address, that matches the range specified in the rule, will be logged.
Disable:
Corresponding information of the group address, that matches the range specified in the rule, will not be logged.
You can manage rules and the corresponding precedence order by using the following buttons:
: Insert a new rule before the current entry of rule.
: Delete the current entry of rule.
: Moves the current entry of rule up in the list.
: Moves the current entry of rule down in the list.
