4.2

Serial Number

The instrument serial number is displayed below the meter point icons as shown in
Figure 20. This number must match the serial number on the nameplate plate of the
instrument.

4.3

IP Address

If a live Ethernet cable is plugged into ETH 2, the IP address displayed on the OLED is
either the assigned static IP address or the IP address received via a DCHP server on
the network when configured to receive a DHCP IP address. If no cable is plugged
into ETH 2, the IP address is the fixed IP addressed as for ETH 1. Refer to Section 0 for
instructions on configuring ETH 2.

4.4

Firmware Version

The current firmware version is displayed below the IP address as shown in Figure 20.

4.5

Temperature

The temperature icon shows the internal temperature at which the device
is currently operating.

4.6

Battery Status

The  Impedo  Duo  will  automatically  power-off  when  the  battery  is  depleted  with
absence  of  the  primary  power  source.  The  battery  status icon indicates  the  current
charge level as shown in Figure 20. The instrument will power-up automatically when
external power is applied. If the battery was depleted below a safe operating point,
but external  power is  available,  the  instrument  will  still power  up,  but indicate  that
no  surplice  charge  is  available.  Should  external  power  fall  away  during  this  period,
the instrument will immediately power down.

If the battery was depleted below the point where the instrument can be powered
up, a battery icon will display when power is applied to the instrument and the OLED
is touched. If no external power is available, the battery icon will not be displayed.
