The
Configuration
tab provides setting options for the XCP-Gateway connection parameters.

In the
Parameters for Connection
area, the following settings can be made:
IP
: Entry field for the fixed IP address of the XCP-Gateway. By default xx-Scan Config assigns the
address 192.168.100.3 (host + 2).
Mask
: By default, the subnet mask is set to 255.255.255.0 (class C).
Port
: The default setting for communication via XCP is port 5555.
In addition, the following information is displayed in the
Capabilities
area (read only):
Supported channels
displays the maximum number of channels, which can be transferred via
XCP-Gateway.
Available events
displays the maximum number of available events (DAQ lists) of the connected
ECAT measurement modules, which can be simultaneously used.
Minimal rate
displays the maximum measurement data rate, which can be used.
The
Licensing
tab provides options to load license data, to write license data to the XCP-Gateway and
to transfer license data from the XCP-Gateway to xx-Scan Config.
