MAINTENANCE
The purpose of the maintenance and adjustment schedule
is to keep the generator in the best operating condition.
Inspect or service as scheduled in the table on page 32 of
this manual.
There are no special operating instructions for the break
in period for the engine, but the oil should be changed
after the first 4 to 6 hours of operation to remove any
manufacturing debris and contamination from the break in
process.
! WARNING: Shut off the engine before performing any
maintenance. If the engine must be run, make sure the
area is well ventilated. The exhaust contains poisonous
carbon monoxide gas.
! CAUTION: Use genuine Cromtech Brumby parts or the
equivalent. The use of replacement parts which are not of
equivalent quality may damage the generator.
