Device memory : View memory usage for the different types of information stored on your
tablet’s memory. Tap an item for more information.
o
Total space : View the total space/free space in your tablet’s memory.
o
Available space : The amount of storage space currently available.
o
System memory : The minimum amount of storage space required to run the system.
o
Used space : The amount of storage space currently being used.
o
Cached data : The amount of data currently cached.
o
Miscellaneous files : The amount of memory used to store miscellaneous files.

SD card : View memory usage for the different types of information stored on an optional
installed memory card (not included). See Memory Card for more information.

Mount SD card : Prepare an optional installed memory card for use as storage in the
tablet. This option is only available if an optional memory card is installed, and is not
already mounted. Usually, your tablet mounts a memory card as soon as you install it.
o
Unmount SD card : Prepare an optional installed memory card for safe removal or
formatting.
o
Format SD card : Permanently remove all content from an optional installed memory
card. After formatting, the content cannot be retrieved.
Date and Time Settings
Use the Date and Time settings menu either to automatically use the network-provided date and
time or manually set these values, as well as select time and date format options.
Date and Time Overview
The following Date and time options may be configured:
Date and Time Option Description
Automatic date and time Set the date and time automatically via the connected wireless
network.
Automatic time zone Set the time zone automatically via the connected wireless network.
Set date Set the date manually (only available when Automatic date and time
option is disabled).
Set time Set the time manually (only available when Automatic date and time
option is disabled).
