Connect the orange
sparker wire and
black sensor wire to
the lower heat shield
with a cable tie (

burner sight glass.

Bundle wires
together and
pull toward the
left side of
the unit.

Route the orange
and black wires over
to the wiring harness
(connected to the
valve).
B. Allow the free ends of wires to
extend approximately 16” from
the edge of the heat shield.
Connect the wires to the left
side of the lower heat shield with
a cable tie (

).
C. Allow the free ends of
the wires extend approx-
imately 6” from the rear
of the valve bracket.
Bundle and secure the
wires to the valve bracket
with two cable ties (

)
as illustrated.
