ADDING ADDITIONAL VTH MONITOR(S) TO YOUR SYSTEM
Additional VTH monitors can be added to the existing system as Extension monitors or as additional Master monitors.
Extension monitors can be called simultaneously along with the Master monitor. Up to 9 Extension monitors can be added to each
master monitor.
Additional Master Monitor setup - Follow the instructions on page 5, whilst choosing a unique room number and IP address for
each Master monitor. Master monitors ring independently of each other and each have a unique room number. An apartment
system is an example of where multiple master monitors would be used.
Extension Monitor Setup - First follow the instructions on Page 5, then follow the steps below.
It is also possible to have a mix of additional Master & Extension monitors by following both setup procedures.
Now Log into the VTO and navigate to Household Setting - Room No Management – Add.
Add the second VTH into the menu using the room number followed by #1 (1-#1) As per fig ***
You can now call BOTH VTHs from the VTO by pressing the call button and answer from either VTH.
Click OK
Click Master to change to Extension
Enter the Master VTH IP Address
Enter the Master VTH username
(admin) default
Enter the Master VTH Engineer Password
