To add the VTH to the VTO, revisit the VTO web browser and navigate to Household Setting > Room No Management
1. Click Clear to remove the rooms already added into the system by default.
2. Click Add to add the new VTH details
At the top of the VTH screen this icon should disappear,
this indicates that the VTO and VTH are now connected.
TOP TIP: If the icon is still displayed, go back to the VTH menu >
VTO Config and Disable then re-enable the Status option. If this
is still present thencheck all settings as previously covered.
You can now call the VTH from the VTO by pressing the call button and answer from the VTH.
Next, tap on VTO Config
CONFIGURATION OF A VTO
Click Save
This is the VTO IP address
The Username & Password used to log in on the
web browser of the VTO
Enable Status - ON
Front
Door
FD
Change to ‘local’
Register password is 123456. Same as SIP register
password in the VTH.
