VTO will not call the VTH:
Ensure all network settings are correct and the connection status does not have a cross in it. Revisit Example 1.
The VTO will call the VTH but it will not open the lock :
Ensure the passwords are correct in both products.
How do I change the Date and Time / Brightness of the VTH:
Press the settings chapter enter the user settings password (default 123456) navigate to General change your settings.
To enable the alarm output on the VTH:
Press the settings chapter enter the user settings password (default 123456) navigate to Alarm and enable it.
How do I find out my version number and build date of the VTH:
Press the settings chapter enter the user settings password (default 123456) navigate to Product Info.
