R : Stops the watchdog timer and cancels the alarm. The data
read is undefined.
W : Starts and clears the watchdog timer. The data to be
output can be undefined.

R : Reads watchdog timer count data.
Watchdog timer counter time-out period data (16bits) is
read. Data is read twice in the L-to-H order. The value
read is output not as the current count value but as the
count data that has been set.
W : Writes watchdog timer count data.
Watchdog timer counter time-out period data is written.
Data is written in the L-to-H order. The clock for the
watchdog timer counter is 4.58
