Setting the alarm-out output state
SW1-1 and SW1-2 can be used to set the alarm-out output state.

If you set the PO2M (D7) bit of event output control (013Bh) to 1,
the ALARM LED on the front panel of the main unit comes on in
either of the following conditions:
• The watchdog timer (WDT) causes a time-out.
• 1 is written to the P2 (D2) bit of the general-purpose I/O port
(0138h).
