24. Other Functions

a) Mosquito Repeller

Press the "MODE" button repeatedly until the display shows "MOSQUITO REPELLER".
Switch the mosquito repeller on or off using the "ENTER" button, a tone signal is emitted when
the repeller is on.



The tone signal will continue to be emitted, if the stop watch is switched off or
if it automatically shuts down after 5 minutes without a button being pressed.
The tone signal can only be deactivated as described above.
Note that longer use of the function can greatly reduce the battery life.

b) Torch

Press the "TORCH" button to activate the torch (two inbuilt white LEDs). The LEDs remain lit
as long as you hold down the button.

c) Reset

On the bottom of the device is the recessed "RESET" button. If the button is pressed (i.e. with
a toothpick) then all the settings will be returned to the factory settings. Any password which
may have been saved will be deleted.

Caution, when you press the button all the data in the telephone book,
appointment planner and memo function will be lost!
