Testing Your Connection
Once in a session, you can check if you have an acceptable internet connection for a media rich online
meeting by simply moving your mouse cursor to the upper right corner of the user interface. You will see a
brightly-colored box next to the “Notifications” button. Hover your mouse over the color box to obtain some
technical details that will help you identify how good your Internet connection is.
If the color box is green, your Internet connection should be enough to ensure a great collaboration
experience. If the box is colored in yellow, then your connection may cause video and audio streams to lag
or stutter.
